Big Mysteries #8: The fate of Mira

Hello!

Yep, im finally doing a big mystery, because i haven't posted one for so long.

Anyway, What happened to Mira?

We can only see her in the form of statues, and she is very briefly mentioned.

We don't know much about Mira, don't we?

But . . 

Why?

Why is she not seen in Jamaa?

Yes, we do see her in the flames at Sarepia Forest, but that's only an image.

We aren't seeing her actual form.

 Did Mira suffer the same fate as Zios?

This was never mentioned in the story of Jamaa, but perhaps Mira went missing after it was written.

And there is some evidence supporting this.

The picture above shows a scene from the Return of the Alphas, where Zios was struck and turned into the statue we can all see in the temple of zios.

And Mira has a statue as well. 

While it doesn't look like she crashed down from the sky, she could have been turned into statue meanwhile she was defending Jamaa, because her pose looks more like she might have been about to attack the phantoms, or was protecting the animals.

However, there's also another possibility. Some other jammers like to believe that Mira's spirit faded away due to lack of belief.

Lots of jammers still don't know about Mira, or Jamaa's story, so could this also be possible?

Because honestly, Mira hasn't been mentioned much ever since AJHQ deleted the original story of Jamaa.

Although i don't believe in the second theory, there still is a slight possibility. Maybe AJHQ saw that jammers didn't really know much about Mira and started to include her less.

And finally, the third theory is that Mira was not a spirit in the first place, but died while defending Jamaa. So that would mean the image you see at Sarepia was her Spirit, and the statue was made afterwards she died to remember her.

But one problem though.

Why didn't Zios have a spirit?

I just don't know, Perhaps the phantoms destroyed his spirit too, or he faded away from lack of belief as well.

Jamaa's history is scattered, which means there's so many gaps to fill, and so many different stories of Jamaa's history. How do you think it all happened?

Big Mysteries #7: Phantom Ship

We all know the sunken ship at Kani Cove, but look behind it and you see the symbol of the phantoms.

And inside, we see even more evidence that the ship belonged to the phantoms.

So it's clear - the ship once belonged to the phantoms, but what's the story behind it all? Why did it sink?

To answer that, lets take a look at the journey book prize won in Kani Cove.

Could the phantom ship be the one in Kani Cove? It's possible, but take a look at the kani cove's ships flag. It's all white, no grey or phantom sign. Also, the ships built is more like the "Jamaa" ships one, fancier and more colorful.

Which makes us wonder: Did the phantoms steal the ship from Jamaa?

It could be possible, since to me the ship looks more like Jamaa's ship - however to some of you it might look more like the phantom ship.

Or perhaps this is an entirely different ship - but we know that long ago, perhaps the ships of Jamaa and the phantoms battled together. What do you think?

Big Mysteries #6: Mysterious Symbols

You may or may not seen some symbols deep in the land of Jamaa, but ever wonder what they mean?

Lets start off with the Chamber Of Knowledge, or the Chamber of Mysteries as known in the beta days.

But before that, what is beta?

Simply, beta is the testing period of AJ that was back in 2010.

Big Mysteries #5: Where did the alphas come from & why did they used to be called Shamans?

I can't seem to find the new item. :I

I have been searching for AGES. Also, AJ keeps doing little "updates", but nothing really changes. -_-

Perhaps the new item will come out later. But right now i don't have enough time to wait, so that's why im posting about another Mystery today, about Alphas. Starting off with: Why where they called Shamans before going on their "journey?"

You see, when AJ first started, the Alphas used to be called "Shamans."

The Shamans where the same character of course. Unlike nowadays, they appeared in Jamaa and you got to chat with them. Cool, right?

Anyway, the Shamans begun disappearing as time passed. Eventually, the Shamans where nothing but history.

Much, much later, in about 2013 and 2014, AJ introduced the Shamans as Alphas. In the video: Return of the Alphas, Liza says that "we have returned from our journey."

So perhaps they went on a journey to fight the phantoms, thus gaining them a new Alpha status?
But this raises another question . .

Where did the Alphas FIRST come from?

The Video, Return of the Alphas basically says that the "Alphas came and rescued Jamaa From the phantoms."

A very simple explanation, but how did an ordinary animal become an Alpha?

Well, perhaps not ordinary . . perhaps they where born as alphas.

But of course, before all this they weren't really Alphas. By that, i mean they didn't know they where Alphas.

But, why did they come to Jamaa?

I think the Alphas where born with powers, yet they didn't *know* they had powers. And they where also not born in Jamaa, but on Earth in their natural habitat. 

I have written legends about how the Alphas came to be, many other jammers also have too. But AJHQ themselves never explained their stories. Perhaps they left it for our Imaginations? Hmm . . 

 How do you think the alphas came to be?

River Mysteries #4: How did phantoms get in Jamaa?

Yep, most of us asked the question. at least once.

How did phantoms get to Jamaa in the first place?

Now the oldest legend says that phantoms where created AFTER Zios disappeared - After he had gone mysteriously Mira cried, and her tears formed into the dark creatures than we call phantoms.

Simple.

But what about the video, "The return of the Alphas" though?

It showed Zios - rather than disappearing being destroyed BY the phantoms.

But the legend said that the Phantoms formed after Mira cried at the loss of her companion.

So did phantoms somehow exist before?

No one knows - but perhaps they did.

Maybe the phantoms where only shadows at first - they came to Jamaa to grow stronger, bigger, and more powerful. 

But who killed Zios?

I doubt it was an ordinary, normal phantom.

Remember that large, "monster" phantom in the Return Of The Alphas?

He's the main suspect. I mean, he's large, powerful and probably the first king of the phantoms.

Also, he was probably the first phantom - then he created the phantoms. However, they needed to be more powerful rather then just shadows so they came to Jamaa, Killing Zios for power. However, it wasn't Zios who gave them their powers - instead it was the tears of Mira.

Since it says the elements from her tears mixed with the phantom's darkness in the old legend, those elements where probably what gave them their powers. 

But that's just my theory.

But then again - the phantom pit?

Did the origin of phantoms come from that hole? Perhaps underground, there's a place teeming with phantoms. It's like a phantom factory, new phantoms made everyday.

Maybe that's how the Alphas can defeat the phantoms, by exploring the hole and shutting down whatever's making the phantoms. Do you think there will be an adventure like that soon?

Rare Samurai Helmet

Haha, i always have seemed to love Samurai Helmets on AJ for some reason. ^o^

And i never thought that dark blue-purple and white look so good together! Im hoping AJHQ will come up with rare samurai swords soon so we can make a rare samurai costume. ^.^

And that was a interesting RIM post. I had no idea that murasaki was Japanese for purple. Ah, i guess you learn something new everyday. ^.^

On the other hand, here's the Mystery Of The Post!

We all know about the phantoms that rise from the fallen Zios statue . . . 

. . . And Mira's spirit that rises from the flames.

But what do they mean? How did the phantoms get into the pit? Why does Mira emerge from the flames?

Big Mysteries: Where do the Shamans and Alphas live?

We all know that the Alphas and Shamans had helped defend Jamaa in the Phantom Wars, right?

But before i begin, let me tell you the difference between a Shaman and an Alpha.

Alphas are the main shamans, so they can also lead all animals.

Shaman's only lead their own type, and aren't seen in Jamaa much.
So the main subject is, where do the Shamans and Alphas live?

 Now, most jammers usually notice that there are tons of places that  the Alphas could have lived, and the most noticeable one is the Seal Save in Mt. Shiveer

Now this cave has been hanging around in Jamaa for ages, but what exactly is it?

Many say that the seal hints that only seals can break the ice, that might be true, but it also looks like the perfect place for a Seal Shaman to make her den. ^-^

However, there's also another cave in Mt. Shiveer that is not as noticeable  ..

Hmm ... Maybe it's where Marco, the penguin Shaman lives, but it also looks like a shortcut to somewhere. Perhaps even an Arctic Wolf shaman or a Snow Leopard one might have lived here. :3
Speaking of wolves, there's a cave in Coral Canyons that many of you have probably seen..

 If you look closely, you can see a carving of a wolf similar to Greely. :o
So perhaps this is where Greely lives, and that is a door that only he can unlock?
Moving on.. there's a huge elephant statue in the Temple of Zios:

Do you think that the building below could be where Otto, the elephant Shaman lived or

does this mean that the elephants claimed the land long ago?

So.. what do you think about these? ^.^

Mystery: New lands coming with New animals?

As we all know, everyone once in a while, new lands are discovered usually with a new animal.

In Jamaa these days, there seem to be a lot of news about animals.

And you know that page on the Jamaa Journal with 3 mystery animals?

Could it be possible that a new land could be coming with them?

For example, this cave in the Appondale .. 

It's obvious it leads somewhere, and there seems to be mountains in the scenery.

And if you open Jamaa's map, you can see the same cave, and to most likely place it could lead..

Now, that land above looks like a place with lots of mountains, and it seems like all the freshwater in Jamaa seems to be running from a waterfall on the land

Now, there's a pelt in the "we are coming" page which kind of looks like a lynx's one, you know, the spotty one?

And some lynxes live in some pretty cold areas. So could, just maybe might the lynx..

However, Lynx's some in many different colors and patterns, but i still believe that they still might come to Jamaa, because i think they could make pretty awesome animals. c:

Now on to our second suspect..

You know this tree in Kimbara Outback, next the the Medical Center?

Well, it seems to lead to a new land..

 And the place its leading to is a small island, and next to is the main land.

Now, for some reason, one of those 3 mystery pelts looked just the slightest it similar to an Okapi, (the one with the brownish stripes, can be the okapis neck fur.) And okapi's usually live in forest-y places.

And as you can see, the land seems to be covered with trees! Im guessing its going to be a type of rainforest, similar to the Amazons.

And even if it isn't an Okapi, judging by the dappled pelt, it might be possible for it to live in a forest.

And as for the third suspect.. I honestly don't have a clue.
