Stereotypes . .

Hai!

Yep, this is gonna be another rant thingy. :/

But, just . . 

urghh.

You know stereotypes? When people assume you act like this or do specific things based on your looks?

I noticed that it's (unfortunately) on AJ as well. :c

But anyways, there's many different stereotypes on AJ. Have you noticed how people think that jammers with popular animals (wolves, foxes etc)  are stuck-up and only care about themselves?

No.

Just no.

Only because they have a popular animal, it does not mean every jammer is like that! You can meet a jammers with a less popular animal who is snobby and only cares about rares, or you could meet a jammer with a popular as their animal who is friendly and caring.


Honestly, it doesn't matter which animal you are. Anyone can be anything, and we shouldn't think that just because someone uses an arctic wolf, they are stuck-up or anything like that.


Sometimes, people also just hate certain animals because they're everywhere.

The reason why they're popular is because a majority of jammers like them, so it's expected for them to be everywhere. - but don't just hate a jammer because she/he owns a certain animal.

Sometimes, the opposite happens. People think unpopular animals are immature, not rare or gullible.

Why?

It doesn't matter what animal you have. If you have a more unpopular animal as your main animal, then don't feel like you have to change your animal. If you like that animal, then that's fine. If you like a more popular animal, then that's also fine.

Also, another situation similar to that is if you wear lots of rares, you are also rude and arrogant, or care only about rares.

Most people think this when the jammer wears headdresses, spikes or beards, since they're more rare items.

It's okay if you like how rares look, and it's okay if you want to dress up your animals in rares.

People can wear whatever they want to, and can express themselves by doing so.

And on the other hand, there's some jammers who think that if you're a nonmember people think you're "un-rare" 

What's the matter if you're un-rare? 

Nothing.

We should not judge people by their rareness. Sure, rares might look cool but that's it.

Rare and un-rare jammers are the same. ;3

 Unfortunately, nonmembers also think that members think they're "better than the others" or "care only about rares"

It makes me sad to see nonmembers and members stereotyping each other like that, because it doesn't matter if you're a nonmember or not. All members did was just pay a bit more money to get features.

Other then that, that's it. 

That's about most of the stereotypes i can think of . .  do you have more? Have you ever been stereotyped?

Always remember that we shouldn't judge people on their looks or their actions.

The bad things about mailtime

Yes, this will be another rant.

So we all heard of it, right?

Mailtime videos.

While this can be a good thing, since it's like thanking jammers for the gifts to me, it can be turned into a bad thing too.

What really gets on my nerves is the fact that people delete the gifts.

Right, so maybe the gift is bad to you but it might be special to the jammer who sent it!

They just need to think about the jammer who sent it, not themselves.

Imagine if you sent mail to a jammer, and think, "______ Will love this!"

And you see their next mailtime video, and she/he just declines it.

You would be sad, right?

And another thing it when people beg for gifts.

They might say, "Please send me gifts im recording!"

Even if they are actually recording, it's still begging. 

But if a jammer decides to give someone a gift because they want to, im fine with that.

I also do not like the fact that people do mailtimes simply for rares, not because they actually care about their fans. That's usually why they discard non-rare gifts, to say "I will only accept if you send be rare things."

Don't you think that's just . . mean?

Because i think every gift should be appreciated. The jammer might not have been so rare and tried his best. You can never really know.

 And remember that it's not the mailtime itself, but it depends on the person who does it.

Otters - Fair or Unfair?

I have had it with the diamond shop animals.

Yep, you heard me.

This makes people want to blame AJHQ straight away, and i feel like that too. But ever wondered why AJHQ is doing this?

Okay, lets have a look.

AJ used to be a free game when it was it was in Beta testing, a period for AJHQ to see if jammers liked the game.

And they did.

So membership was born to keep the game up and running.

Okay, AJ is probably a HUGE company and bigger companies = more money.

Yes, AJHQ probably gets a ton of money in a single day because of the memberships, diamonds etc, but who knows how much AJ is worth?

Plsu, the crew probably need some money for themselves to make a living and stuff.

So the AJ crew might really be desperate for money, or just . . *sigh* I dunno.

I guess we'll never truly know.

But lets focus on otters now.

Released on Thursday, many jammers where devastated as it where sold in the Diamond shop, and let me be honest with you - 10 diamonds is too much for a such a small, cute, simple animal.

Otters are such a loved animal - even AJHQ celebrates them with the adorable videos of real-life otters, so why make such a lovely animal in the diamond shop? ;(

Well, as i said before AJHQ might really need the money. But they're just forcing people to buy diamonds now. Forcing is never good.

You know what they should have done?

Make otters for gems, but add other items to the diamond shop.

There we go.

Perfectly fair, right? 

Yes, AJHQ will get less money for a while that way but gem animals would not hurt once in a while.

The new item is the ladybug hat which is sold in Jam-Mart clothing. :3

Finally, a hat of AJ's mascot! :D

Well, not REALLY it's mascot but a mini-mascot. ^.^

Well, that ladybug looks much cuter there than it does on the hat. o.O

It's still cute but it's so large and poofy. o_O

It should have been a necklace or something. Oh well. :I

Anywho, the Jam-a-gram chat system really frustrates me these days. -.-

You know why?

Yeah, well lets say you had an argument with your buddy. After a few hours, you get back on AJ and feel kinda bad about it, but your buddy is offline. You could just write it in a jam-A-gram though! Solved.

Nope. Guess what?

YOU CAN'T TYPE SORRY.

Why on earth would someone not be able to type sorry?!

But you can still type apologize, right?

Nope. 

You can't type apologize either.

So now you have no way of saying a simple, kind word.

Perfect, huh?

And you can't even type TRADE.

Really? Does AJHQ have any idea how much we use these words?

And it doesn't stop there. Many OTHER basic words are restricted too, so now Jam-A-Grams are now more pointless. :I

Ugh . . just ugh.

Who agrees with this?! We want our chat back!

When people take rares too seriously.

Hai!

So we all know them.

Rares.

They look cool, sound cool, and feel cool.

Unfortunately, there are many jammers who take rares FAR too seriously . . .

Im just seeing so much people sitting in a corner and making a sad face, just because they don't have a certain rare or beta. 

And the truth is, rares are just pixels. The only thing is that they only look cool.

I understand is a person loves trading and collecting stuff, but making sad faces, scamming and telling people to just SEND their rares all because of pixels?

I don't think so.

The thing that annoys me is the "Rare people scam" Stereotype.

I have heard of so many jammers that got accused only because they're rare.

If you see someone that looks rare don't just accuse them on scamming. You have to have some actual proof first.

However, if you see a New Jammer walking around with rares, i admit it's time to get a little suspicious.

Then, there's the WORST type: Scammers.

We've all heard of them. Heartless jammers who take away other people's items.

Look, i felt horrible when a scammer too away my rare headdress . . I just felt like all that work had gone for nothing.

Fortunately, some scammers realise their mistakes and decide to quit, such as the scammer who scammed my headdress. But they aren't the real problem

True scammers are.

True scammers are advanced in scamming, and there's almost a 0% chance that they will ever realise their mistakes. And the worst thing?

Some take it far too seriously, and HACK for only rares.

There's a great difference between liking rares and being obsessed with them.

Obsessed people will do just pretty much anything for rares, including scamming and hacking them.

And the people who like rares? Well, they aren't a problem. They actually work for their rares instead of scamming and hacking.

And you'll find that many others like rare's too - it just becomes a problem when people take them FAR too seriously.

 

I just had to let it all out.

Is Fman122 still in Jamaa?

Hai everyone! :D

Remember my previous post about fman122 three or four months ago ... ?

Well thankfully most of those accounts seem to have been deleted.

However, there are still some accounts lurking out there such as this .....

Same animal user. Same look. Similar username.

A typical of all fman accounts.

But the thing that's getting on my nerves is the fact that you CAN'T tell WHICH are actually REAL.

Honestly, i could just create a new account named "Fmanisback1212" and then go around Jamaa shouting: "Im Fman and i will hack you all!"

Riiigghht. When did this whole Fman thing start?

2013.

Which year are we in now?

2014.

It has been a whole YEAR since this started, and there are yet, still other accounts left.

Okay so nonmembers can't sent gifts now, but i saw a few MEMBER fmans in Jamaa.

THEY can still send gifts.

And what's worse is that because Fman accounts are almost all nonmember, it can be super hard to tell if they are just faking it.

Fman is probably an adult, and almost anyone can buy membership - or at least the cheapest version.

For now, there's a 20% chance that the Fman accounts are real and an 80% chance they aren't, but what really bugs me is how Fman keeps making comebacks.

In December 2013, there where TONS of fman accounts around Jamaa. Near the end of the month, they finally got deleted and Fman wasn't seen in Jamaa until JANUARY 2014, and now a few people seem to be telling me about seeing Fman while in Jamaa these days - however AJHQ claimed that Fman had vanished from AJ in around October - November.

So i guess we have come to the conclusion that fman is most likely gone from AJ, but its the IMPOSTERING that ticks me off. It has been one year, what's the point now .. ?

Have you seen fman around Jamaa these days?

Shouldn't we have more nonmember animals?

Hey guys!

Soo yeah. Im gonna do another rant..

You see, these days i feel like AJHQ is coming up with WAY too many member animals. Sure, they are only animals i guess, but there has been tons of new animals in Jamaa lately .. and not a SINGLE one of them is member?

Haven't you ever thought about how upsetting this must be for nonmembers?

To be honest, i never realized there was just so much member animals until i went into one of my nonmember storages - and realised only SIX animals where All-Jammers. Just think about it now - only six! 

Don't you think nonmembers deserve more animals?

Just because members paid, it doesn't mean they should get nearly all animals.

This has been happening ever since the racoons came out - it has been members, members, MEMBERS!

Yes, members paid. Yes, AJHQ needs money. But don't you think AJHQ should also think about the feelings of nonmembers?

They might not have paid, but they still deserve more! D:

A rant about "free" chat..

Hai jammers! ^.^

Soo yeah. Im gonna do another rant - about the new "free" chat, as the title says.

One thing about this new free chat that has been REALLY getting on my nerves lately is the fact that you can't even type two sentences now! I think that really restricts you, for example:

Ok, lets say you're with a good boddy of yours, alright? Then suddenly, this cool, however long story pops out of your mind and you suddenly wanna tell it to your buddy. Well, since it's a long story the easiest way to explain would be to stuff a few sentences into the chatbox, right?!

Nope.

Not anymore.

Sure, you could use comas but there are just some parts that you would REALLY need to put a fullstop!

What difference is this making on AJ?

 It doesn't make the chat safer or easier. It just makes it more difficult.

And the SECOND thing which is also annoying me, is the fact that i can't make tons of faces on AJ, including my favorite one. :c

You can't do -.- =-= >.< >:(

Thanks alot, AJ, now i can't express myself if im annoyed/angry.

Now some of you might be wondering why i just can't use the emotes.

Well, yeah. You can express alot of things in the emotes, but using chatbox emotes? Its different for me.. well, because you can use them next to sentences, meanwhile emotes will hide your sentence if you use them.

And, that makes a HUGE difference.

Plus, there isn't an emote for -.- or ._. is there? I mean, you can even make up emotes with the chatbox! Now you can't do symbols anymore, so you can't do THAT.

But okay, i have to admit that this was probably done for safety reasons. But why do we ALL have to get punished for the sake of a few jammers?! Couldn't AJHQ have made a feature where it automatically changes your chat to restricted when you say something rude?

Oh, and did i mention that i can't do my favorite emote anymore, which is ^.^? 

Grr.. i just feel so.. so restricted! >.<

What do you think of this? Do you think we should be able to have at least a BIT more freedom in our freechat?

P.S After the 65 followers contest ends, i will have a party if this blog reaches 85 followers! :D

Rant about unfairness to nonmembers..

Ok, look. AJHQ is taking is "become a member today!" thing far too seriously. 

Well, guess what? Today i learned that free chat is for members-only. SERIOUSLY?!

I mean look, i totally understand that AJHQ needs money, but disabling free chat for nonmembers?!

That's a stupid reason to become member, i mean it WOULD be fine if there where just a little more member items than nonmember items, but taking away stuff from nonmembers is not the answer!

Nonmembers should have almost as many responsibilities as members, i feel like AJHQ is making chatting more difficult for nonmembers!

First off, it was the chat history. And then, the repost opinion is for members only and now THIS!

What next?! Nonmembers can only speak with bubble chat?

Its just really unfair. Everyone should be able to enjoy chatting, just because nonmembers didn't pay money, it doesn't mean that they can just TAKE AWAY stuff from them!

And i also noticed some unfairness with the items, too.

Now yesterday's item i missed out, the dirt bike is a perfect example of what i mean.

 Now this almost the same as the regular bike, except that its member. And you know why?!

BECAUSE ITS JUST A MORE WELL-DESIGNED VERSION MORE JAMMERS WILL LIKE!
Sure, there are some that liked the regular bike more than this one, like me, but AJHQ did that thinking more jammers would like the dirt bike!

THAT'S WHAT COUNTS!
I have also noticed that AJHQ is making the "bad-quality" items nonmember, like the Golf Bag for example.

But the thing that REALLY makes me angry is the chat opinions being taken away from nonmembers, The items? There are other cool nonmember items in the shops, but once something about the chat is gone for nonmembers, its most likely gone forever!

ANOTHER thing which really makes me angry is that nonmembers getting bullied or being left out.

Ever seen a members only party? That's EXACTLY what i mean.

Or even worse: nonmembers getting BULLIED by members.

Although this is rare, its still a very bad case, nonmembers and members should be equal!

Hey jammers! Today's post was originally not going to be an update post, but today's item was too cool to resist. :P

I really like this item, its so decorative in an Ice Fort Den. :) Perhaps a Small Pine Tree and a Large Pine Tree will come soon, then we'll be able to make a pine forest! :D

I like how you can change the pattern of snow on the tree, too. ^-^

In my opinion, i think AJHQ is being a bit too unfair to nonmembers these days.

There seems to be not much new nonmember items, Sure, you might say we have to be graceful to what AJHQ gives to nonmembers. I mean, they made hamsters nonmember, Meet Cosmo nonmember and turtles nonmember too, right?

AJ is still pretty fair compared to Club penguin, but i have an uncomfortable feeling that AJHQ is slowly turning into CP. Nonmembembers can't view chat history anymore, and way too much member items are being made, AJHQ is just taking, not giving.

Look, now im not saying member should just vanish to nowhere, we need both nonmembers and members to keep the game going!

Once again, we should all be glad for what nonmembers have, but what if Jamaa becomes like most other virtual worlds? I just feel like we have to do something, to prevent it from becoming like the others. Now, im not sure if this will become a movement now, perhaps it will but if you agree, there is one thing you could do.

Some people might not agree, thats alright, but i think we have to do something before its too late.

i changed my look on animal jam i decided to stick with the one with the leaf necklace.

WHY IS IT MEMBERS ONLY AGAIN?!

Does anyone even remember when the last nonmember item was? I don't.

It was AGES ago. Sure, they might be old nonmember items coming out but AJHQ isn't making any NEW ones! AM i the only one that's getting sick of all these member items? I hope AJHQ isn't planning to get rid of all nonmember items..If they are planning to do that, i would be REALLY ANGRY!! I don't want AJ to be like the other virtual games where EVERYTHING is members only!

If AJHQ continues doing member items more and more and getting no NEW nonmember items, we'll have to do something. we don't want AJ to be turning like Club Penguin do we?

Evil Jack-O'-lantern

Hey jammers! Today's new item is the evil jack-O'-lantern!

Hmm.. It would be cool if the shape of the lanterns where in

the shape of animal heads. :3 I wounder if there will be different Jack-O'-Lanterns.:D

Anyway, as many jammers have seen, here's a funny layering glitch in the adventures!

I think its because of The Hive- AJHQ had to move the eye

into another layer otherwise the phantoms wouldn't be seen but it seemed like

it ended up here, too. Funny.. and weird. :P

hey jammers i have created a new movement called Peace for jamaa. the anti voilence movement will be erased but Peace for jamaa includes:stopping scamming,hacking,voilence and dating.

Lots of you have seen dating scamming and voilence and its not very good for little kids to see.

AJHQ say they have 24 hour mod 7 days a week,how come these jammers  don't get banned or suspended? well the truth is AJHQ isn't very good at modretating. So we have to show we really care about the poor jammers getting scammed and seeing lots of voilence! i payed a visit to madjasterx's clan a few days ago and there was some guy doing all sorts of sick voilent stuff...

she said wanna fight? to me UGH. she's fighting for FUN. Bravefox is right

over there saying voilence is not the answer. i mean whats fun about saying RIPS TAIL OF NN?

Another bigger problem is dating.

Whats the point of online dating? i mean your just dating a bunch of pixels
DUH. i think AJHQ should be more aware of players and another is scamming and hacking.
we probably know what scamming is by now its players tricking other players to give their rares.
hacking is going into someones account and stealing their rares. NONE OF THIS IS GOOD!!

AJHQ isn't very "aware" about safety, we need to tell AJHQ we do care that we want jamaa to be a peaceful place not full of scammers,hackers and dating freaks! we can spread this movement and make AJHQ actually listen and actually solve all this mess! the biggest problem is dating. we really need to stop it! Animal jam is been taken over by a bunch of 16-19 year olds! we wouldn't like that so we really need to get together now! Animal jam is loosing its rating as a "kids" game so spread the world about this movement! please!

Anti voilence movement begins

hey jammers im sure you have seen someone say CLAWS EYES OUT NO DODGE NO MISS NO NOTHING while walking through jamaa. its annoying and voilent. voilence isn't good because LITTLE KIDS ARE PLAYING THIS GAME!! if little kids see too much voilence when they become bigger kids in the future they may be more into bloody voilent games not suitabale for them!

AJHQ says they have 24 hour moderation so why do people say all this horribale stuff and never get suspended?
 well i have no idea.

this is why i have decided to create a movement-the anti voilence movement
with options of many different patterns and a blood red colour on the colour palate 
people can easily fake being wounded and having blood on their pelts. some people
just pretend to be wounded because they like it! well think of seeing your own blood in real
life.. how would you feel? sick? worried? animal jam is a fun place to roleplay but many of these people roleplaying are roleplaying Warrior cats which becomes a problem..
i read warriors and love the books but their only ages 9+ and people under 9 are playing..
we have to spread the world to stop this all this voilence. even though not all of it may disappear we can make it much rarer! all this voilence is very common in crowded servers like aldan usually in sarepia. some people pretend to be demons just for fun! i don't get what they find "fun" about being a demon

we have to make AJHQ really listen
and spread the world, and tell AJHQ some ideas on how to stop
all this voilence there will always be bad people in the world
but we can still make it a rarer thing to see on animal jam.
